Super Cute Calendars!
If you like babies, small animals and cupcakes you’re totally going to LOVE this … there aren’t enough adjectives to describe how INCREDIBLY CUTE my new mini photo calendars are!!  They’re so cute and perfect … they’re like little books! OMGosh!! And they even have little opaque slipcovers … yes, seriously … little slipcovers!!

These super sweet press printed calendars have hardbound covers and enough room for 13 of your session images.

PS – they come in photo albums too!

Wonderland

Ahhh, the lazy hot days of summertime are here … the kind of days where you want to sit under a big tree to daydream, watch the white puffy clouds roll by and listen to the sound of the cicadas  …  When I met up with Kenzie last weekend it was one of those kind of days –  beautifully sunny and equally warm.  With Miss Kenzie celebrating her 5th birthday very soon she wore her pretty party dress in the cool shaded woods at one of the best places in the world for an adventurous little girl to have a big girl photo session.  Being almost five years old, it was fitting for our Kenzie-loo-hoo to include some hula hooping, bubble blowing and a fun candy necklace into the mix for a very fun, very cute, very spunky photo session : )

So here she is, introducing a sneak peek of our little Miss Kenzie, almost five and full of wonder …

Maddie MEW!

Maddie MEW, skip a few, ninety-nine, one hundred!  …  you’re probably thinking that I’ve regressed back to my daycare days and while some things never change – I still make up silly little rhymes and have dreams about taking care of babies ALL the time!! –   what this is all about is history … lol … yes,  little Miss Maddie’s mommy,  Lauren, was the original subject in the long ago sing-song – Lauren Loo, skip a few ….  (which totally got stuck in my head every time I saw her) so naturally her sweet little bundle of smiles and big blue eyes would inherit the same … plus her initials are M.E.W. so there you go : )

So our sweet little Miss Maddie came by last Friday with her mommy and Grammy for a mini studio session for her first birthday photos.  I ask you – how can a baby lovin photog like myself resist that little face!!  OMGosh such cuteness!!  We played with beads, she amazed me with her ball throwing ability!!, we had balloons, of course we decided upon a decorative container to sit her in (haha) and yep, we did a cake smash : )

Thank you thank you Maddie MEW!   I look forward to next time!  Love, Miss Kim  : )

Wow, it seems like I’ve been away for ages! In my online absence, I’ve been so very busy with photoshoots as well as wrapping up the Bunny Hop photoshoot that there’s barely enough time to post all the great pics and write about em!  I do love to keep busy and oh, how I love LOVE LOVE this adventure in photography!

If you’d like to get caught up with me on the last two super fun Kimages photo sessions, stick around – you might see someone you know!

Two sweet and spunky girls in two pretty parks over two sessions in the gorgeous spring-time weather adds up to fun, flowers and some awesome photos : )

Last week was Miss Kelsey B’s turn –  three cheers for my friend Kelsey!! Yay!  At last … finally finally a photoshoot with this very sweet young lady whom I’ve known since she was a pony-tailed little munchkin in her little girl stroller ; ) We met one night last week at a park in Perkasie and had such a good time!  She giggled and posed and I believe she thoroughly enjoyed herself while keeping a watchful eye out for those darned Dairy Queen geese!  lol

Over this past weekend was my new friend, Miss Natalie D’s turn! She was a super little model and had some cute ideas of her own, I’m already looking forward to a future session with my new little friend! She especially enjoyed peeking around trees and the jump photos : )  What an adventurous young lady she was – she climbed up and down the creekside, carefully navigated herself in her beautiful party dress and sparkly flip flops  through the shallow creek to pose on a boulder, she happily followed us and picked wild flowers as we walked all through the woods and picked flowers – she’s my kind of girl : )

Thank you, thank you, Kelsey and Natalie : )

A Hoppin’ Good Time!

Yesterday was the long awaited Bunny Hop photoshoot and boy did we have some fun!  We had a studio full of very sweet children and very sweet bunnies – it was an action packed,  furry day for sure!!   Sonny Bunny, Licorice, Smokey and Wilbur were the best hoppers a bunny-lovin gang of kiddies could want.   The bunnies must have done this before, they popped their heads out of the flower pots on cue : )   The kids bunny hopped, did the much loved  “jump” pictures and smiled their hearts out – I think everyone had a fun day!  Many, many thanks to my incredibly helpful assistants, Miss Sue and Miss Julie – and our way cute secretary, Bryn!  : )

Here are just a few of the photos of the day … more to come!

I’m very happy and excited to be able to offer a fun, new collection!  My new Simply Said collection showcases a collage of your session photos highlighted by a beautiful, single sentiment that compliments the look and feel of your images.   A Simply Said image is printed as an 11×14 and and can be optionally mounted on masonite for a frameless family masterpiece.

Simply Said Celebrate

Last night was an absolute pleasure to meet up once again with little Miss A and little Mister B for a very exciting evening of balloons, birthday cake and bunny ears! We had so much fun! We played with Easter eggs, we made a nice big mess with little Miss A’s birthday cake smoosh event, and of course we had to put the babies in something so this time we put the babies in a bucket! A good time was had by all – we laughed so much at their funny little actions, I wish I could relive the evening : )

We got so many great shots! After getting home late from the studio and making myself some incredibly yummy popcorn for dinner, I had just enough time to prepare a few photos for a quick sneak peek … hold onto your hat and get out your toothbrush, they’re really very sweet.

Pre-Bunny Hop Shenanigans! These little munchkins probably wonder why every time they see Miss Kim she wants them to sit in something … because it’s so darned cute, that’s why!!

Can you see the bounciness in his eyes? lol

And happy, happy 1st birthday, sweet little Miss A  : )

Let her eat cake!

Spring Fever

Thank you so so much for entering the Spring Fever photoshoot contest! Out of 23 entries, three will be receiving a fun, contemporaray photoshoot.

You know what they say – the early bird gets the worm, and boy did the first two posters get up early! They both logged in their comments on Wednesday at 6AM on the nose! They were like ninjas! It was awesome! Bam!! Comments posted and the iPhone starts alerting me of a blog message! Way to go girls! Your enthusiasm is impressive! Congratulations go to Heather B and Chelsea B! Woooooo hoooooooo! They were the first and second posters. We’re going to have some fun babylovin’ photoshoots for sure! There’s nothing sweeter than babies and I’m sure theirs will be no exception … one of which has yet to make his little entrance ; ) I get so excited about babies – I hope everyone will come back often to see some sneak peek photos here online.

The final photoshoot was a random drawing done the old fashioned way – I pulled the name out of a hat. Yes, seriously. Name out of a hat. I know, highly technical stuff but all in all it’s a very simple method and it works and it’s fair. Why mess with a good thing? So the name pulled was Chris D!! You’re the next winner of a free photoshoot!! : ) Yippeee!! Chris was the fifth poster out of 23. Thanks for playing Chris, I hope you’re looking forward to your session as much as I am! : )

I’ll be in contact with Heather, Chelsea and Chris over the weekend via email so we can start making plans : ) To everyone else, I thank you so very very much for your kind words. Please check back often to read about our adventures in photography and enjoy sneak peeks of the fresh, fun photo sessions we’ll be having. I hope to have the opportunity to have a photography adventure with you very soon!

Oh Di!

Today Di T and I had a mini photo session at a cute little park in cute little Lansdale.  Boy, time really does fly when you’re having fun! So of course since we only had a short session planned our time went by very quickly but we made the most of it and ended up with some really great images : )  I just started processing the hot shots of lady Di so here’s a sneak peek:

She can’t get enough of that hubby of hers,  Tom‘s a lucky guy : )

Shhhhhh … don’t tell … tell what?  I don’t know!  You’ll have to ask her … lol

Thanks for being such a fun subject, Di … let’s do it again!

Miss Alicia

What do you get when you cross a toasty warm studio and a cold January day?   A fantastic photo session with my gorgeous daughter Alicia!  I may be biased but I have to say – she looked awesome and it was even better that I got to spend the day with my favorite girl in the world : )

We started out at the studio by cranking up the heat, set up our lights (and tried to keep the windows covered -we need a solution that doesn’t include duct tape) and changed into outfit #1:

We had such a good time laughing at our window covering falling down and how we couldn’t wait for lunch – we were starving!

Alicia knew I would love the next two outfits …  I do love a scarf and she looks so sweet.  I’m sure that’s what every 19 year old wants to hear ; )

After we closed down the studio and prepared it for it’s next fun sesssion, we headed off to lunch (yum!) then to to our favorite photo location for a blustery January photo session.

And what would a photo session be without a JUMP photo??  I like to think they were jumping with excitement since the second semester at school begins this week but I could be wrong …
